Answer: A. 2 months RHZE, then 4 months RH
Drug-sensitive TB is treated with an intensive phase of rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol (RHZE) for 2 months, then a continuation phase of rifampicin and isoniazid (RH) for 4 months: 6 months in total. Give pyridoxine with isoniazid to prevent neuropathy.
Key point: TB: 2RHZE / 4RH (6 months).
